When you join the waitlist we collect your work email address and your company name, together with a record of the consent you gave: its wording and when you gave it. We do not ask for anything else.
We use this information only to contact you about early access to Sum No How. Our legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). We do not sell it or use it for advertising.
Waitlist submissions are stored in HubSpot, our customer-relationship system. HubSpot processes them on our behalf under its data processing agreement, which includes safeguards for any transfer outside the EEA. This website is hosted by Webflow.
Until you withdraw your consent, or six months after the early-access programme ends, whichever comes first — and in any case no longer than 24 months after you joined.
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive a copy of it. You can withdraw your consent at any time; this does not affect contact made before you withdrew. To do any of this, write to kg@sumnohow.com.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to Datatilsynet, the Norwegian Data Protection Authority.
